Today, I asked myself why I consistently drive six miles across town to shop at this particular store. The answer is straightforward: they offer a great selection of competitively priced items, have a good number of cashiers that minimize unnecessary queues, and provide easy parking. This is why, despite its size, I was able to find what I needed, complete my purchase, and leave the store within just a few minutes.

Today we asked a member of staff if they could get a large item down from a very high shelf as the others on display appeared damaged/scratched.
We want to thank Danielle & Baily for their excellent customer service.
They are a credit to the business!

The store holds an amazing variety of goods, but the store is a death trap for those with mobility issues or strollers! Staff loitering and chatting as people trip on boxes and trays all over the floors as they unpack stock. Yes, they have a job to do, but take note of those around you, not what you did last night with your mates!

Me and my husband decided to have breakfast in the Range Cafe, Longwater before shopping in store. We were really hungry so ordered two full English breakfasts. After a 40 minute wait it arrived. It was absolutely the worst breakfast I have ever had. As we were so hungry we attempted to eat it. The 'eggs' were round circles of a hard dried up mess. Bacon was just about cooked, the rind looking most appalling, one dried up mushroom, about 20 baked beans and some toast that was still bread-like. Yes, could have complained but it was so obvious that the staff could care less. This was made apparent when I asked the table to be cleared & she told me to just move the dirty plates to the end of the table! Not one table had been cleared. Avoid

Large warehouse type shopping experience with home essentials, crafting items, home decor, pet supplies and much more.
It's a nice shopping experience.
We didn't eat in the cafe here as they had no vegan options last time we visited.
Lots of parking

First time here was earlier this month. Pleasantly surprised as they have a little bit of everything and it is reasonably priced. Similar to QD and Roy's. Large santitising table upon entry. Best time to go was 7pm on a weekday/Saturday. No queues, not too many people (could social distance and see products) and staff were a bit more pleasant.
Small cafe with 2 toilets inside store (towards the garden plants).
