Excellent hotel in a seafront position. Rooms are refurbished to an excellent standard with tea , coffee and biscuits replenished every day. Ensuite is modern with powerful shower and supplied hair and body products.||Very comfortable bed and fresh crisp linen.||Comfortable chairs to watch the view from our seaview room.||The lounge area is large with comfortable furniture and waiter service. This time of year was very seasonal with pretty decorations everywhere.||The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and any special requests readily prepared.||We had dinner on both nights of our stay and again the choice and quality of food was excellent.||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will use this excellent hotel when we visit Cleethorpes again.

We stayed here a while ago when the hotel was being refurbished, and it was not good. Now that the majority of the rooms have been finished, the whole place has taken on the quality of its past character. The staff are well trained, and helpful. The rooms (we had a suite) are clean and comfortable. The food is very good. We enjoyed our stay, and 'The Kingsway' is back on our 'Good' list.|If you want a good quality traditional seaside hotel with character, book this now!

Warm, welcoming and very comfortable. The staff are charming and helpful. The view over the Humber - especially at sunrise - is spectacular. We have stayed here several times and were a bit concerned that the renovation would have spoiled the hotel's character, so we were delighted to see the period features, such as the wood pannelling, have been kept. The room upgrade has also been successful. Great bar too!

Very impressed. Superb service and customer care. I asked for a quieter room and within minutes we had not only a quieter room but an upgrade at no extra charge. Stunning. The receptionist, Grace, was so friendly and helpful that I christened her Amazing Grace on the spot. Great hotel and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Birthday celebrations 6 dining. Delicious hot food really nicely presented. We all enjoyed . Lovely attentive & helpful waitresses including the gentleman who looked after us from the moment we arrived .Prown cocktail to start fishpie then crembrulak. I really enjoyed.The Hotel decor & layout of pre meal lounges superb .The spacious dining room & ambiance is excellent.

The staff are all so pleasant and professional. We had breakfast each morning and dinner in the dining room each evening. The food and the service was very good. There is a lovely atmosphere in the dining room and also in the lounge/bar area. Our room suited our needs perfectly and could not have been any better. This was our fourth visit and we have made another booking.

Just wanted to say what a lovely hotel you have. We stayed for one night on 25th Oct, and were overwhelmed with the presentation of the hotel and our room. Room 120.|Immaculate came to mind and great attention to detail.|We didn’t dine with you, due to a large meal at lunchtime, however Saturday evening was very busy, we had a drink at the bar. We did feel a little bit in the way as so many parties being dealt with on arrival before their meal. Just something to take note of please.|Breakfast was very good and we both enjoyed the experience.|Thanks again for a special time and a special hotel, we will be back.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are all recently modernised and decorated. Spacious bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. Bar is very comfortable with great views out to sea and the restaurant serves delicious food in elegant surroundings. Staff all friendly and helpful. All at very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend.
