Absolutely brilliant service! My Office 365 and OneDrive were in a total mess — I was ready to throw my laptop out the window 😅. I can’t recommend Nick of The IT Gentleman highly enough for his IT support and expertise.

My old laptop had started to get a bit tired and things weren’t working as quickly or reliably as they should, that coupled with the impending end of support for Windows 10 meant that I needed a new computer. So Nick very quickly helped me source and set up a new laptop for my business, making the whole process stress-free and simple; he had sorted it within two days so I was back up and running properly, with no downtime. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nick. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable.

After Nick discovered that my existing Microsoft 365 supplier was overcharging me, I asked him to take over the management of my license. Thanks to his expertise, I not only received a refund for the overpayment but am now saving around 50% on my license fees going forward.

He also streamlined my OneDrive setup, combining two separate accounts into a single, centralised OneDrive. This has made managing my files and IT tasks so much easier.

Nick successfully imported all of my emails during the transition – everything is exactly where it should be with nothing lost or out of place. On top of that, he resolved ongoing issues with my Outlook calendar, which now works perfectly.
