I went for Manual and Handling Practical and the class was educative, interactive and easy to comprehend. It was a well detailed class with practicals. All thanks to our trainer David Rankin. He was exceptional, ready to answer questions and also keep you well informed. We took turns to demonstrate and practice making sure we all understood each process. How to help during choking, the practice of CPR, the use of hoist and sling. It was a really beautiful class and I absolutely recommend. I look forward to taking more classes. I enjoyed my training session with David.. it was interesting very much interactive during the practical session.
Every single session and topic was taught to our understanding.. couple of questions and team works were done also.
David made sure we all understood the practical teachings and when we were asked to practice he made sure we did it all over until we got it and understood it

The manual handling and the BSL training was very informative and enjoyable. Scott the trainer was very patient and kind to all of us.
