I've been toying with the idea of joining Dawn Breakers for a year or so but always found a reason/excuse not to sign up, but after seeing a video of me dancing at Christmas something snapped and I decided that 2019 was going to be the start of my Dawn Breakers experience.

So I signed up for the 5:15 class 😱 and then spent the next couple of weeks wondering if I had done the right thing! I'm now half way through my second week and I can honestly say that it DEFINITELY was the right thing to do!!

I walked in on day one not knowing anybody and not knowing what to expect, but everybody was so friendly and welcoming I soon felt like part of the team!

The people are lovely (if a little crazy training at 5:15), the instructors are amazing and very supportive and the music is brilliant! Oh, and on the plus side.....there are no mirrors!

I will be signing up for the next course......and the next......and the next 💞💞💞

A wonderful, life changing programme that is so much more than a boot camp. Yes, you get fit and strong and have the support of the DB crew in achieving goals, but also these guys, the sessions and their clients have that ‘x’ factor that keeps you going back. It’s fun, challenging and EXTREMELY rewarding. Nobody regrets doing DawnBreakers!

I am on my 2nd course and love it! This is more than the average fitness class, this is about feeling as though you belong to a group that take you as they fine you and don't judge - it's a family.

This is so much more than an exercise class. It’s like this most loving, crazy, completely bonkers, diverse family of all levels of fitness, all on the same mission of self improvement, that had totally welcomed me into the mix, who check in on me, mind, body & soul, every day.

Yes, it involves getting up at crazy am. Yes, I’m probably mad, but I’m loving it!
