I have recently registered to achieve my RICS in Building Surveying - I am already chartered construction project management professional and CIOB mentor and IOSH safety professional/ I must say that my current experience with

5 St George’s Yard, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7LW is completely shocking and very misleading. They were very quick in response prior full payment but issues has started after the payment completion. All learning materials are very Generic / I have requested on several occasions for my formal CPD but so far they keep providing only generic informal CPD lectures… If don’t get from you response including Formal CPD hours by end of next Friday. I want my money back in full.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I have started the course in May 2023 and noticed straight away that the lessons where extremely obsolete. On the screen of my registered lesson I could see that was 2019. I took a digital marketing course which has to be very updated to be effective. When I complained about it I was told that they where running updated lectures and they would have uploaded it on the course in a month or so. I have waited just to receive a 1 hour update lesson on 12 hours module. The last two modules of the course where not updated yet after 8 months I have started it. After all this time of waiting I decided to close the course, but they asked me to finish to pay it and closed my account anyway. The lectures are done from people reading slides only and the little explanation they give out are very basic. To complete some of the exams I had to start another course with another company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I recently finished my diploma in Forensic Schedule Analysis and I have to say, the course was fantastic. I was able to complete the course from home after work so I didn't need to worry about any loss of income and the tutor was so helpful! I think its really handy having the live zoom lectures as it gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, of which I had quite a few!! I would definitely do another course with the college of contract management and am recommending to all my colleagues!!

CIOB professional review coaching - Excellent coaching, the live online tutorial was extremely helpful. TBH the review looked a challenge, but the CCM segmented it, which did definitely help with the way I presented the review. It was also peace of mind knowing the CCM assessor’s had reviewed it prior to submission. The coaching is worth the money if you are going for MCIOB.

Avoid enrolling in any courses; customer service is non existent; these are merely foundational and cover basic content comparable to other providers, but at a significantly lower cost – around 20 times less expensive.

Extremely bad quality of service and Company
Terrible company. It is not a proper institution of education or a College in that sense as If something goes wrong or if you receive extremely bad quality of service they do not release your money you are bound with them and either you get their service whether you like it or not or you need to seek your right in the courts. In my case, the assessor did not read my PR narrative that is why I cancelled their service and submitted to regarding organisation myself and passed. There is neither any ombudsman/adjudicator associated with them nor can you be able to complain to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). It is purely a company and their services are a dead loss. You can do much better by reading the materials available rather than getting their service. I would avoid.

Tremendous experience, All CMP (Chartered Membership Programme of CIOB) teachers were amazing, courses content was uptodate. Advice before, during and at the end of PRA (Professional Review Application) is very helpful and i highly recommend.
