I don`t know about others experiences with this guys, but I was going there for help and I realised after one day that they simply have no idea what they are doing.
The proof that they have no idea what they are doing is that I took my PC worst that I brought in(and paying money), and after view hours fixing the cables...the PC is working, the cooler is working and the graphic card by magic is fitting in the right spot!
So from my experience I don't recommend to go there for building a new PC!

This place was not only the fastest to reply but could see me the same day. They checked the issue with the laptop & rang me the next morning with a simple solution that didn’t cost anything!!! I couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly staff & l will always use them for help, upgrades & technical assistance. Thank you guys so much!!

After building my first ever PC at considerable expence, and banging my head against a brick wall numerous times trying to fix things myself, I knew James was the man to call.

As well as being a personal machine, my photography business depends on my PC, as its used for running my business, editing and storing photos. I knew i wanted someone I could trust to investigate the issues, as there was a huge amount of data I couldn't afford to loose.

Suffice to say, James has done a fantastic job. He suggested some upgrades, kept me informed and rebuilt my computer from the ground up, getting it to a point where it's looking and performing fantastically. To boot, he's been more than patient with me, and has really taken the time to point out ways to avoid issues cropping up in the future.

If you're looking for someone who has real knowledge and expertise, look no further than James. I live over 30 miles away from coalville, and wouldn't dream of asking anyone else to maintain my computer.

He's reasonably priced, honest and someone I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for computer help!
