Absolutely brilliant. Did first my 16 hour outdoor first aid course with The Bridge First Aid three years ago and enjoyed it so much I didn't consider using anybody else when I came to refresh it last weekend. Nikki is a superb instructor and makes everything very chilled, enjoyable and easy to learn. Hopefully I'll see you again in another three years!

This was an excellent course, with really good administration in advance and afterwards. Jenny was excellent in adapting a booking for us after another provider let us down. On the course our instructor Nikki was excellent - knowledgeable and supportive. Would recommend without reservation.

This was such a brilliant course, our trainer Dan was amazing at putting us all at ease, making us feel welcome, remembering names etc, and the training itself was delivered in a very professional and sensitive way. As a teacher myself, I was impressed with the variety of teaching techniques and how Dan got us to explore and work things out for ourselves, rather than just telling us the information - much more memorable!
