I've been personal training with Kieran for 5 months now, and he's been excellent. Listens to your needs, and adapts the workout each session with progression. He has all of the necessary equipment, and I personally like the mix of weights, Calisthenics, and general mobility that we work on. Would recommend you have a chat and a trial workout with Kieran to see if he's the right fit for you.

Been attending The Bodyweight Club for just over 7 months now. Workouts are always organised, challenging and varied. Booking in for the week ahead makes me accountable and consistent (prob my biggest win!). Kieran has a real eye for technique and pushes you without you feeling that you’re going to injure yourself.

Made big progress in terms of fitness, strength and body shape. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Kieran for just over three months now, but it feels like a lot longer - it's become such an important part of my day to day.

Kieran is very professional and easy to get along with - I can see why he has such a strong client base and excellent reviews.

I have always been quite outdoorsy and fairly active, but I really struggle with disciplining myself to stick to a routine, and before The Bodyweight Club I don't think I had been in a traditional 'gym' environment for about ten years.

I joined because I wanted to get stronger and I was drawn to the fact that they did calisthenics.

Three months in, I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness and strength - I can definitely see it in myself. In terms of my energy levels, I noticed the difference quite quickly, such as waking up earlier at the weekends and generally feeling a lot better in myself.

I look forward to my sessions every week, and I couldn't see any reason now why I would stop them.

Would highly recommend The Bodyweight Club to anyone thinking about joining.

Kieran is an amazing coach, he has corrected me with my posture which no other trainer has ever done before. Classes are small so you are basically having a one on one with him.
