Been shopping at this store for many years, it’s been slowly going down hill with workers pushing large trolleys filling shelves very often (arrogantly)getting in the way of shoppers with absolutely no regard or apology, not good!! Also (occasionally) some staff not helpful and rude when asked simple questions. My suggestion would be for a review on staff training, it would help a lot to improve shopping experience.

A massive store that does everything ~ clothings, cafes, glasses, haircut, home stuffs, garden stuffs, DVD/BluRay, foreign holiday money, general supermarket stuffs & etc.

Store provides hand sanitiser, wipes and cleaning sprays to clean trolleys. Store is always clean. As store is very big, don’t feel overcrowded.

Staff is always polite & helpful.

Plenty free parking with time limit.

Managers allowing staff to steal all the reductions stuff stopping customers from getting it out managers even involved in stealing the reduction stuff ment for the customers this store is being run by crooked management and Tesco’s do nothing about it I’m charging to Aldi from now on they can keep the reduction stuff with the rest of it

Have just been over charged for tesco finest mince pies ,
Charged £3.00 each instead of £1.50 price on self.
Can not even get customer services to complain.

A lot of 1 star reviews. In my case I wanted to buy 20 bottles of JD nr7 and they didn’t want to sell it. Seems like in that particular store there is 1 bottle per client policy without any notice at the shelf. I have to mention, I’m 47. Also they have deceptive advertising on Tesco app. I have 3 orders cancelled in 3 different weeks due to the missing stock. It is a practice to advertise products which they actually don’t have to a small price, but they try to offer you something else similar, they say.🤷‍♂️

Update 20th July 2022. No refrigerated food. All fridges are out of action. Hopefully will be fixed by the weekend.

Excellent Tesco. Two massive car parks. Stocks everything you could need.
Also, a big plus having Wilko and other shops nearby.
