It was an amazing opportunity. I started with zero knowledge and after 14 weeks I graduated with a Data science certificate. It was a fun ride.
The lectures were very detailed and helpful, Georgina was awesome. The 1:1 supports were amazing. The job workshops were very supportive.

Great Organisation with Excellent training tutors. I have had the best time attending TechTalent Academy. Your modules are detailed with great interaction between tutor and the entire class.

You learn from start to end in the most professional way, yet you will will never feel bored or realise when the time in each session has passed. All your sessions have always been exceptionally interesting.

My greatest thanks goes to Georgina for her fabulous work in training us, her patience and free spirit in class.

The Data Science course was a great experience and I have really enjoyed taking part. Sessions were well structured and very informative, our teacher was very dedicated so that I have learned a lot and improved in quite a short amount of time.
The course covers up all aspects of Data Science and everything you need to get started as a Data scientist. The slack channel to connect and communicate with each other was very helpful as well and I enjoyed the friendly and helpful atmosphere within the Academy.

An amazing place to learn and really enjoyed the sessions. Still unemployed in the IT sector however, I think I'd need a lot more upskilling and study to get a job with decent salary.

Why the 4 stars you may ask 🙂 there were a few tutor changes and didn't get a job at the end of the course which wasn't promised but it was a big part of why I joined.

I wouldn't recommend the full stack web development government bootcamp (or any others really!). It's very obvious that the classes aren't pre-vetted so you end up studying with people who can't even open an IDE let alone code in one. 50% of the lessons are the tutors repeating themselves to people who are miles behind.

As for the tutors, as lovely as they are, they are usually people who have completed the courses in the past, not anyone particularly knowledgeable about the field. And the post graduation job support doesn't really exist. Still, it's a nice thing to be able to put on your CV for apprenticeships.. it won't get you anything more than that.

The home learning activities and slides are also mostly ripped from FreeCodeCamp. Instead of doing this course, do FreeCodeCamp, CS50 or The Odin Project instead.

I did a 6 week course from TechTalent on Data Science. Please avoid TechTalent at any cost . There is no support from TechTalent and they don’t even respond to your emails. The course was a huge waste in time. Mostly the instructor directs you towards self learning and just reads a few slides. None of your project work gets reviewed and no support for employability, cv etc . They give you excuses for everything and don’t provide any exam vouchers for certification. AVOID !!!!

I found partaking in TechTalent Academy's Women In Data course incredibly valuable. The course covered a very broad foundation of data science which allowed us to explore the areas we were most interested in. Andy, who put together and delivered each session, was very enthusiastic and passionate about his subject, and always provided support when needed. Following the completion of the course, I have had many interviews that I wouldn't have gotten without the skills gained from this course.

TTA is an absolutely fantastic training provider.

I have recently completed their Data Science course, with virtually no prior knowledge. The pace of learning is quite brisk, but support is available and it is very easy to have a one-to-one with the course tutor if any help or clarification is needed. I cannot convey just how excellent the tutor was. Knowledgeable, approachable and very personable, she was highly skilled at explaining difficult concepts, greatly helping me gain confidence in a totally new field. I have learnt so much in a few months, and completing the course has helped me to change my career.

The brilliant course content is complemented by many employability events, including help with CVs and interviews. The links with potential employers and help in matching students with jobs really sets this company apart. Post-course assistance is equally impressive.

I really cannot recommend Tech Talent Academy highly enough.
