We moved in at the beginning of April 2016 and the staff made everything so easy. The centre is quite new and is very up to date with wifi and a telephone system already in place with wonderful receptionists.

Our office / training room is exactly what we need plus when we need to we will be able to "trade up" without any problem.

Many people will think the centre is expensive, but it is NOT!

If you are looking for somewhere to base your office then you must not miss out on the Tanfield Business Centre with every facility you could need.

We moved into the building in April 2014 and do not regret this decision. The offices are very spacious, plenty of light and have all the amenities you would require. There are 3 x kitchens, many conference rooms and even showers. The receptionist staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant. We would recommend this building to anyone.

I visited Tanfield Lea Business Centre for a business meeting. A hidden gem in terms of office space in the North East. Close to the A1, Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham but with out the traffic problems. The building itself is impressive, great facilities and the staff were very helpful. Anyone looking for commercial property in the North East should consider this business space 5 stars!!
