After just completing my Level 3 Housing and Property Management course with TACS I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adrian, he’s been such an amazing tutor, he is so helpful and supportive and has been there every single step of the way. His passion for his job is so obvious he cares about his learners and puts 100% effort into their learning. I could not recommend TACS any more!! The learning material provided has been so detailed and informative and helped me progress throughout my course helping with my day to day role too!

I completed the junior estate agent apprenticeship with the help of Jeremy. He explained my training and tasks in an easy way to enable me to learn and he set tasks each month to submit. The online training material is very informative with questions along the way to test my knowledge. This made learning easier and Jeremy was always available if I had any questions. The apprenticeship has given me the confidence to move up the ladder in the business and complete the next level of training to get me where I need to be. When joining the TACS academy I was very nervous, however my trainer Martin was a massive help throughout the whole year even being there for my group multiple times the week before our EPA.

From the very start Martin helped us to understand as long as you focus and use the skills taught through the course you will most definitely pass. The lessons through out the year were very informative and are designed to give you the best chance possible whether it be a practical task or going through written elements as a team to form a better understanding.

once again cannot thank Martin and TACs academy enough for all the help would 100% recommend to anyone looking to progress their career.

After using different training providers without success, we were recommended to TACS. After reaching out, Adrian contacted me immediately and from then on, the relationship between our two companies has been fantastic. We have put more than 20 learners through the apprenticeship programme, many of whom have flourished in their property careers and have progressed through to management roles. They learners gain an Indepth knowledge of the industry and receive excellent support from Adrian and the team throughout their training.

For someone like me that struggles with anxiety but also has drive to better myself in my current role this course is perfect.

Just in the first session Martin put us all at ease with the way the course is delivered, and If you get stuck on assignments or get a little lost in group discussions a phone call after will get you back on track. 12 months sounds a long time but it flew by.
We was all nervous the morning of the end point assessment, and frantically going through crib sheets trying to memorize any last piece of information, but the moment we sat with Richard a lot of the stress disappeared, and the need to look over our notes during the talk left with it.
The questions aren't delivered to catch you out, they are asked in a way that the note were not needed, we knew this stuff! Subconsciously we have taken on board a lot more than we thought we had and came out the other side with
distinctions.

We have 6 employees that have completed courses, and awaiting their ILM certificates. Despite constant chasing for almost a year, and involving Dan Cooper (MD of TACS), we still have no certificates. We have spent over £10,000 for this, and we are left now with no option than to take legal action against TACS.

Could not fault TACS at all! Throughout my whole programme I was supported thoroughly by my mentor, Jayne. She made me feel so comfortable and was always there if I ever had a question. Could not recommend them enough!
