Since 2020 Housing 21 has spent circa £3m with T2 on Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting installation and maintenance; Fire Alarm compliance surveys and a large programme of upgrade works to bring the surveyed sites in line with our new Fire Strategy.

I would just like to thank T2 for an excellent install at our retirement housing scheme in Liskeard, Cornwall, the works have been completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption to our residents. Longhurst is in the final stages of completing the transition from old analogue to new digital systems on their Leasehold for the Elderly Schemes. Working in partnership with T2Fire & TECS to complete these works to five of our Schemes.

This has gone extremely well to date from the initial tender, to meeting with the residents to provide a demonstration on the new equipment and answer their questions and concerns regarding the installation of the new equipment and installation.
