The hub provided us with a bit of advice before we went to the Summit. See my other review for this. But they didn't have a mechanic when we were there. The coffee shop didn't have any cakes or traybakes. We also went round the red and blue routes.

Great place to take your child. My son is 4 and had a great time. We paid for the 4hour parking and we probably only was 60% of everything as there is so much to do. I would recommend paying the extra couple of £ for all day parking. Food from the cafe was also reasonably priced but you can take your own food and sit in the outside seating. We will be back in the summer.

First time using this place, so simple to book and what a great location. Staff super helpful and friendly. We hired one bike and it was brilliant, so well maintained and perfect to ride. Swinley Bike Hub thoroughly recommended.

Bike hire fine and tracks are good. But, should make an effort with the food at the WoodLarks Cafe. Quality not good and over priced. Eg pizza shockingly bad, ordered an Americano and 2 hot chocs and paid almost £10.00 for 3 cups of lightly flavoured hot water. One server can mean the queues can get quite bad with 15 min queue time and then again to get your food at a collection point. The food kind of spoiled the day. Otherwise, cycling was fun.

Great experience on 2 fronts with Swinley Bike Hub!

1. I hired a mountain bike and it was awesome: good quality, well-maintained and lovely to ride.
I ask myself “What is the point in buying a mountain bike? When you can hire one as good as this. Someone else washes and maintains it, not you!”

2. I bought some high quality Fox clothing from their shop. I bought the wrong size T shirt and only discovered this when I got home, some 85 miles away in The Cotswolds. Emma, the Operations Manager, immediately exchanged the item without any issues, posting it to me very promptly. It was very friendly and helpful service.
The Fox rain jacket and T shirt are excellent quality.

So refreshing to encounter a company with such good all- round customer care.

Best quality hire bikes I've used. Very good brakes, new plus size tyres, dropper post and 1x12 gears. Clearly care about the quality of the bikes, and the service was quick and friendly.
