Sweat is such a great social way to exercise outdoors, I've been it doing now for 8 months at Carlyon and Foxhole and it's brilliant. Steph and Chip are great running the show and Chip sets up varied exercises with no session being the same which always mixes it up, there's a really friendly welcoming vibe from everyone and boy does the phys work on improving your fitness and stamina!
The beach sessions are amazing in warmer weather times, its so cool to smash a workout then jump into the sea!
Doing sweat has made me feel like not going into a gym again, its so cool to be outdoors irrelevant of the weather.
Chip also does some 1 to 1 PT sessions which I've done, they're tailored really well with varied exercises and I felt some big benefits from them.
Fantastic job sweat team you guys are ace! 💪🏻

Such a great way to exercise! Thanks Chip for making every single session different, it definitely keeps me motivated. It is an all over body workout and you can work at your own pace and ability too. The sessions are really friendly and welcoming whether it is your first session or you’ve been going for a year, everyone is there for the same reason!

I’m 49 years old and decided to make the last year of my 40’s a year of change. I’m menopausal, bloated and generally run down. I’m not someone that tends to do reviews but after 6 sessions with Sweat I’m already feeling the benefits. I know I have a long way to go but I’m genuinely excited about my journey. My main reason for reviewing is to possibly encourage other people who are tentative about starting their own journey. I was incredibly nervous and nearly didn’t turn up to my first session, I’m so happy I didn’t listen to my inner demon! Steph and Chip are encouraging without being too much, they are laid back but passionate about what they do. Everyone in the sessions are at different levels of fitness but there are no egos, no disapproving looks, everyone has their own goal and journey. Honestly, if you are thinking about change but haven’t got the courage to take the plunge, I promise, you won’t regret it.

I have been going to Chip and Steph’s bootcamp on pentewan beach for a few months now , I never thought I would enjoy exercise so much , I actually look forward to going every week 😊 my fitness level, motivation and mindset have improved so much. Everybody is so friendly and encouraging you never feel judged at all.
Being out side exercising on the beach is just amazing and the fact you can take your children to play while you exercise is a bonus. 💪😊👌💪

I discovered the joys of Sweat bootcamp back in December 2020 and haven’t looked back. I can genuinely say I have loved every single session, even those where I thought my heart was going to stop .. even that time when we had to do a finisher of 100 squat jumps!! There has never been a session the same. Every one is different and challenges you in a different way. Chip is such a great trainer, always happy to offer advice, will help you with you improve your form or to suggest alternative exercises where needed. On those occasions where you feel you’re done, he’ll be there with a “Yes Emma!” and you’re good to keep going to the end. I feel we have a proper Sweat Community going, I have made friends and as a gang we all look out for each other, there’s always an encouraging vibe. We have cried with laughter and pain, in a good way. I love training outdoors in all weather , both at the farm and the beach and there’s a great range of equipment to use. I can’t recommend Sweat enough for the benefits it gives me in terms of my fitness both physical and for my mind. Thank you Steph and Chip you’re 💎💎 ❤️❤️

Steph & Chip are fantastic. Absolutely lovely people & so encouraging. Everyone is made to feel very welcome, whether tourists or locals & it's super-friendly. Went to their sessions on Pentewan beach whilst on holiday this week & I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Sweat Cornwall is the best type of work out for me. Every session is different. Very friendly. There is a warm up and a cool down after. I love going I even love the aching muscles after I know I have worked hard.
