My apprenticeship with Swarm was a very positive experience. I was completely new to the subject, however, it didn't matter as each session's content was great, explaining the subject well, highlighting the most important aspects and giving you tasks to revise. I really enjoyed the theory part of it as well as the practical part. My tutor, Ana, was always available for me and her support between the sessions were amazing, always prompt response to my questions. Every session was conducted in very relaxed and friendly manner, which for me was very important. It was very enjoyable 18 months of my journey in learning payroll and prepared me well for my qualification and final exams. This apprenticeship gave me so much confidence and opens so many new opportunities for me.

I’ve recently finished my apprenticeship in Marketing Assistant Lvl 3 through Swarm Training with my tutor, Sally Walters. The course was amazing and Sally supported me through-out. I would highly recommend this course/ company to anyone looking to get a start into marketing.

I was enrolled on the L4 Market Research Apprenticeship with Caroline as my main tutor. I learnt a lot about market research in the year I completed my apprenticeship. Caroline was great, she always explained with examples and helped me link my learning to task I'm doing on the job. Both Caroline and Suzanne were very supportive, and always available to help. Sessions were always in small groups so I felt like I got more out of the sessions including the personal development ones. Highly recommend Swarm.

I had a great experience getting my level 3 payroll qualification, the course was very informative and there was excellent communication through out. Having never worked in payroll before it was a great help and I am now confident in my payroll skills and knowlegde that I have gained. A big thanks to the my tutor Ana who was extremely supportive.

I personally found the course well put together I never felt overwhelmed with any of the work and never had multiple assignments going at once which made the course feel manageable. I was happy with my results as I worked hard to show the best of my ability, and the results came back fast so wasn’t left worrying. I was happy with the way my learning went I felt like there was always something for me to do and was supported the whole way through. The teaching was the part that was most important as I like to be able to see where i was with what I was doing and helped me through everything I was doing I feel as though the teaching style worked well with me Rebecca was there to help if I needed but wasn’t overwhelming at all.

An older apprentice than most, I have achieved a distinction in my Marketing Assistant Level 3, and so much of my success was down to the fantastic tutoring from Sally. Patient, kind, knowledgeable and great at what she does; it's been a pleasure working with her for the past 18 months through online calls and emails. I would highly recommend Swarm Training to anyone thinking of doing an apprenticeship, great organisation and support throughout.

I’ve recently completed my apprenticeship in Marketing Assistant Level 3 through Swarm Training and my tutor, Sally Walters. The course itself was fully planned out with all additional support and resources easily found on the student portal. It was also so easy to keep up-to date with my progress and what I needed to do. Swarm also provided extra courses to ensure you were meeting standards and off the job hours (a requirement for all apprentices), as well as support on the final project and professional discussion. Sally was amazing - all of our sessions with easy to understand and Sally explained everything clearly. She is so knowledgeable on everything marketing and uses real life examples for each topic. I felt nothing but encouraged and supported throughout the entire programme and I am delighted to say I completed my course with a distinction thanks to this.
