We had booked the event well in advance—in April—for a June date, and completed all documentation beforehand. Unfortunately, the event fell far short of expectations and left us with a very disappointing memory.

Firstly, the assigned host, Mia, demonstrated a lack of basic customer service skills and preparedness. Despite prior arrangements, she appeared completely disorganised. For instance, we handed over the birthday cake for refrigeration—only to find it later placed carelessly on a public bench where guests were seated to change into socks. This showed a complete disregard for care or hygiene, and I had to escalate the matter to her manager myself.

Instead of handling the feedback discreetly, Mia approached me multiple times during the party, in front of guests, to question whether there was a problem and whether it would “reflect on her”—a highly unprofessional and uncomfortable approach that added stress to an already frustrating situation.

The party itself lacked the involvement and engagement promised. I was asked to cut the cake before food was served, so it could be portioned out—completely killing the celebratory moment. Mia offered no help in gathering the children, leading a birthday song, or creating a festive atmosphere. I found myself managing the event solo, despite having booked a supposedly “hands-off” hosted experience.

Furthermore, I was asked to confirm final numbers by Tuesday for a Sunday party—understandably, we had two no-shows on the day. The inflexible approach to this was frustrating, as attendance can fluctuate with children’s events. There is no refund as such. Complete money-making sham.

To add to it all, the party room and wider play area had no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. Had I known this in advance, I would have never chosen this venue.

Regrettably, the entire experience left a bitter aftertaste. This was meant to be a joyful occasion for our daughter, and instead, we were left feeling disappointed and stressed. I won’t be returning to this venue, and I would caution others from booking.

Well we decided to check out this little hidden gem that I had only ever heard about but had never managed to visit until Friday 29th March. It was a beautiful day for a fun day out and we were so ready to check out the soft play area. It was busy of course, had a small cafe within the soft play area and seating areas too tables and chairs and bench style tables. The soft play was separated in 3/4 areas one being the trampoline area, away from the soft play which was divided into two parts under 2's and over 2's plus a sensory glow room and then the ball pit area. Overall there was enough to do in the hour time slots. Good range of activities to keep my little ones entertained and I was impressed. Bright and colourful and spacious. There was always a staff member sitting by the entrance as well as the area to access the soft play which was good to know. They had nice decorations up upon entry for Easter as well as a Simon's cafeteria on site before we entered the bounce this way area allocated close to the car park. The venue is easy to get to via bus as it has two nearby bus stops less than 5mins away in or out.

We will definitely be back soon and we had lots of fun... we didn't check out the cafe but will do next time. Thank you for starting our Easter break on a high.

Have been coming here for a few years now but recently had my daughters party at the new trampoline area & it was the easiest party I’ve ever done! Our host was really welcoming and friendly, had time before to set up and lots of room. I opted for self catering due to intolerance’s and fussy eaters which worked really well! At the end the host helps clean up which I found helpful, then you’re off!

I also come here a lot with my 18 month old for the soft play, he loves it and it’s very well priced compared to other soft plays. I’d recommend coming on a weekday morning for better enjoyment. Weekends and half terms are a little lively…

Would love to see the cafe have vegan options & open slightly earlier. But really can’t knock it.

I never know this place until today. How could I have missed such a good kids play! You have a whole range of facilities in the play park, from slides to ball of ocean to crawling area to obstacles, EVEN small TRAMPOLINE beds to jump on! We had great fun. £3 for a kid ticket, this ticket will give you access to the kid and ONE companion adult. We paid for an additional adult £5 because we’d like to all go in together. However, you can switch with your partner to accompany the kid if want to avoid paying for an additional adult.

I would describe this Soft Play as my idea of hell on earth. Absolute chaos. They take bookings but it seems as though they pack in as many kids as humanly possible instead of trying to manage numbers to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. So full that it almost seems unsafe because you can't move without stepping on a child. This situation was probably made worse by the way that they manage birthday parties alongside admission to general public. Would not recommend for anyone that values their mental wellbeing.🤣
