I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how grateful I am for the work of your team, especially considering when we first began talking about a website. Lisa, Mark, Tyler and Sarah have all been outstanding in everything they have done to get our website to where it is now. Although only a few people have seen the 'draft', everyone has used the term 'amazing'. For Yvonne and I it is so much better than we could ever have hoped for. The design is different, unique and functions beautifully. The help and guidance we received to get to this point was truly exceptional and we have a great sense of how to really get the best from our site.

After many years of debating should we or shouldn’t we, we finally made the decision to push the boat out and build a website. We chose Surge solely on recommendations and we chose well. The staff are great, friendly and very professional. Full of great ideas and ways to promote our charity they were our partners from start to finish. The ideas and guidance they gave us was fantastic and the final product is our amazing website. We decided to choose Surge Marketing Solutions because they are a local company. Our first meeting was with David who explained in detail what they could provide for us. Once we had made the decision to go with Surge our new site was built by Chloe who was great to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble for Chloe, it took about a month to get to our final website design. Once our site was built and live we went to Surge to have our officers trained on how to update and change the site. The service provided by Surge through out the whole process was excellent nothing was too much trouble even now after about 12 months it there is something we cant quite get right all it takes is a quick email to Chloe and it is sorted, with a explanation via email for future reference. Would highly recommend to anyone who requires a new website.building.
