Stefan and his team are fantastic. I contacted Stefan in Spring, somewhat anxious about getting a successful outcome for a Student visa application as a "mature student" candidate with previous studies. (You see a lot of negative news about Australian visa grants if you look online.) Stefan was very reassuring, I could tell Study Options are very professional straight away. I got my visa a few weeks ago, within a couple of weeks of my medical checks getting processed, just as he predicted. Now, they deal with a lot of applications (I gravitated to SO because their website looked best out of all the education agents, so I'm assuming they're sought after), so you may sometimes wish to follow up - absolutely do so, in my experience, I almost always got a call back from Stefan on the same day or alternatively an email the next morning at the very latest. Take their advice on board when doing your application and you'll be in good hands.
