I would just like to pay my thanks to Caroline who has been my tutor for the past year. Working with Caroline on my apprenticeship has been such a great experience. Everything is well organised and timed in regards to the assignments and duration of the apprenticeship. All of the assignments that were set for me to complete allowed me to use my own knowledge and also research to expand my knowledge on business administration which really helped me with my role as well as my qualification. Caroline was there every step of the way and was able to help me in any way I needed. Straight A Training is a great provider and my experience with Caroline has been great. Currently doing a Customer Service Apprenticeship, my tutor is really friendly and is always available if I need some help. Coursework is very easy and helps you learn more tips for working better in your work place. Lots of help during our meetings. A really good group of people to help you start up a perfect career path.
