The price of the coffee just seems to be going up every month. I just paid over six pounds for a pumpkin latte. That's it now l will not be going back there again. As Clapham has so many better options for coffee at a much better price. And the staff in there don't even smile as they are always miserable. Please don't go.

Normally I don’t go to this branch but the last three times I’ve done it, the girls serving you (two young black girls) looks like they hate their job, they’re extremely rude, the service is appalling to be honest, I ordered a baby ciño and it was boiling hot!! Are they not supposed to have training to know the temperature of drinks specially if they’re for kids like this one ? Then I had to wait for them to ask if could I have a bit of cold milk because it was really hot and the girl at the till not even looked at me to find out what I needed, just awful service. I would give less than 1 star but not allowed to.

I was thinking God that I was served by a young lady her colleague constantly kept playing around with his nose. It was so disgusting and messed up There was a young woman who politely asked if the young lady that served me could serve her because she also noticed the colleague messing around touching his nose constantly. I can’t believe what I saw is so disgusting. We’ve had the pandemic people lost their lives. The stopped you think by now people have common sense and have class To have better hygiene She asked the young lady to serve her and not her colleague and she pretended to fix her a drink and gave the drink that her colleague was playing around with his nose. She didn’t ask for a refund and threw the drink in the bin Both of Staff are disgusting and I love how karma works. You don’t have to be religious. It will locate you and find you. The young lady will have some bogey in her food. Next time she orders have better standard and better class. The world is a revolving Door What You sow Is what you reap?

my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Asked for a hot chocolate with cream and the cream was forgotten.

I was given a takeaway cup when I was sitting in without being asked.

There was mess around the cafe and the 2 girls behind the bar were just chatting.

When i asked for some cream, the girl looked very displeased.

If it’s not a franchise branch, starbucks offers free refill for filter coffees. I don’t think it is wrong to ask for what you re given. It is hard to understand why members of staff acting out. I m not robbing your parents’ coffee shop.
