As a former student, pretty much everything involving upper management was mismanaged terribly, with constant scheduling problems and high turnover of teachers who never seemed sure what it was they were supposed to be teaching, and some ridiculous admin errors during the application process and a few missing features that were advertised. Most of this is due to it being an off-shoot of Staffordshire university which is in Stoke-on-trent, and the troubles of running something on the other side of the country.

The Concept Art course was a mess, though it's a very new place (I joined the year it opened), and maybe it'll find its footing. The course I took is being dissolved and merged into a few adjacent courses (Games art), so who knows how that will look.

That said, it's a nice building in a nice area. Good facilities. Nice transport links. I had a pretty good time.

I had an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience with Staffordshire University. Despite the fact that I was genuinely interested in pursuing my education there, the university never bothered to cooperate or provide the necessary support during my application process.

Throughout the entire application period, I repeatedly sent in the required documents as per their requests. However, every time I called for an update, I was met with the same excuse - "We still need more documents from you." It seemed like they had no intention of actually processing my application or helping me navigate the process successfully.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that I was initially drawn to Staffordshire University based on a recommendation from someone who works at Microsoft. I had high hopes for the university's reputation and their ability to provide a quality education, but their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist prospective students left me utterly disappointed.

I strongly caution anyone considering this University and to think twice before investing their time and resources into an institution that shows such disregard for its applicants. It's a shame that what could have been a promising opportunity turned into a nightmare of endless document requests and unfulfilled promises.

Currently studying in Staffordshire University London and I must say that the university is pretty dope for the students of computer sciences degrees. We got perfect digital environment with latest technologies. The staff is also very supportive in every aspect.

Pretty good uni for people interested in esports or games design or software or concept art or etc.. The staff is also very friendly and will help you with most issues. The social side is unknown to me.
