I have visited the upstairs area a few times now with my toddler & we always have a good time. The new set up is lovely. I do think an hour time slot is too short for how much fun can be had, previously we have been able to stay past our allotted time as during the week it isn't crazy busy, this was the first time we were told our time was up despite there only being one other customer. Staff are nice & welcoming too.

I have organised a party for 12 year old boys. It was VR Tag party. They played for 1 hour & then spend 50 min in the party room. Part of the standard £33 package per child is almost 2 hours party plus they get to choose hotdog or pizza plus slushie.
I bought crisps & some cold snacks & cake & the boys had loads of fun.
There’s 2 types of packages, with the bigger one you get a bigger room.
There’s a coffee shop downstairs, they also serve spirits & beer.
The staff were welcoming& helpful.
Upstairs is a soft play. There’s a lift, working at the time of the review.
Overall I would recommend this place for a party. Online booking wasnt great, I was happier booking in person.

I originally was meant to go to play box when I gladly spotted that the arcade had a soft play area. I went in to enquire about it and was greeted by the most helpful young lady who allowed me to view the soft play area before I committed. As soon as I saw it I signed up. My two year old daughter had such a fantastic time, the space, the activities and the clean environment was everything a parent and child needed.

It is disappointing to see the negative reviews, had I taken them for gospel I would have missed out. I read one about the lack of investment, which is completely unfair, this is an evolving business which will serve the Enfield community as it creates a safe fun environment for our kids to go, I am sure if the owners had all the money in the world they would invest more, but you can see the huge potential and instead of tearing it down it's important to support.

I would like to thank the owners for bringing a place like this to life and I will for sure continue to bring my child here

Had son's birthday here and kids had loads of fun and we made use of the private party room as your allowed to bring in your own food, cake and drinks. Adults also enjoyed the Escape Room. Robert and staff were super friendly and accommodating definitely recommend Centre VR

It was my kids 10th birthday party and they stuck us in a smelly room right at the back of the building.
If I knew I wouldn’t have booked this place.
No decorations nothing what so ever, just put us in this hole for a birthday party room.

Absolutely loved the soft play as it doesn't get too crowded. The only issue we had was the gap under the hospital sign was too big and would consider it as potential hazard.
Also shout out to lovely staff they were very helpful.

We held a 2nd birthday party in the soft play over the weekend and were so impressed. The venue was super clean, and set up ready to go when we arrived. There was very little we had to do other than provide a cake and something to take it home in (they'd even provided little party bags and hats). The staff were brilliant, and did everything they could to ensure we had a good time. The turnaround when leaving is very quick which was the only thing that was a bit of a challenge with twelve toddlers, but we wouldn't hesitate to organise future parties here.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service we received during a birthday party held at your venue on 11 May.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness from a male staff member who insisted I pay the deposit immediately, despite a previous conversation with a female staff member who assured me payment could be made at the end.
Additionally, the “Happy Birthday” song — a key moment for any birthday party — was completely overlooked. This was a significant letdown for the birthday child and guests, and not what we expected from a venue that specializes in children’s parties.
These 3 stars are only for the lady who was upstairs and take care of the kids. Nice , friendly , polite and lovely women. ( She deserves 5 stars )
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future parties are handled with more professionalism and care.
