We have been using Solutions 4 IT for a number of years now and have always been delighted with their service. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They have an amazing team who are thoroughly knowledgeable, and every phone call is answered with a warm and friendly tone. Each job that they carry out, whether by phone or a visit to our office is done thoroughly and with great patience and care.

We recently had a scenario where we needed a laptop for a colleague to work from home for a month and Solutions 4 IT very kindly stepped in and loaned us one of their laptops which they prepped and charged so that it was ready to go immediately. They even hand delivered it to us and collected it once we had finished using it!

I Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Solutions4it and can sincerely say, we have never received such a fabulous service from any other company.

We started working with Solutions4IT over 6 years ago in all aspects of our IT requirements from printers and copiers through to IT support and DR. During this time, we have found them to be highly professional, with all work completed to a high standard and on time. They thoroughly investigate any technical requirements and will only suggest/deliver a solution which is appropriate. Their proposed solutions to us have greatly enhanced our IT systems and have given us scope for future growth.
In addition to this as a small business, value for money is one of the major issues we have to consider. However, it is vital that we invest in services which are going to enable us to run our business in an effective and profitable way. This is something that we have achieved in our partnership with Solutions4IT. They have delivered everything they have promised on time and on budget. Furthermore, they have sorted out our problems, before we even know we have had problems.
We’ve developed such a meaningful working relationship with them that I can’t imagine how we would deliver the expected service levels without their input.

Can't thank Solutions enough!!! My client came to me looking for a missing part for an upcoming IT installation and they couldn't find it anywhere.
