Had my first flight yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing!
My brother bought me the experience for Christmas but I finally got around to booking.
On arrival, Craig, the instructor, was very helpful and got to know a bit more about me and what I wanted to get out of the experience.
Craig hasn't had anyone crash the simulator and wasn't going to start with me, so that put me at ease.
Had an amazing lesson learning all the basics of the controls. Flew out of Cardiff, did a "touch and go," and then flew over to Bristol to land, managed to not crash, and actually surprised myself.
Got a lovely picture in the cockpit with the hat (it's the law), certificate, and discount for next time, I will certainly be returning and bringing some family members to try it as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience, I'm a bit of a plane nerd but have never had a go at the controls. My instructor Dillon was great, friendly and welcoming, was also Greta with my mother who came with us. He talked me through all the controls in a clear and concise manner, you do all the flying yourself so it's great value for money, not just watching someone else do it. I even asked to try a different scenario where I tried to land it myself as if he was air traffic control, was great fun but needless so say I didn't do so well! Dillon then taught me how to do it properly and I just about managed to land on my second go. Can see why it's so highly recommended, would be great as a group activity with a few mates as well as you can sit in the back and watch. 10/10 experience, great value for money, I'm sure I'll be back.

My friend Phil and I visited here in December 2024. We hired the simulator from 10:00 am till 16:30. This was easy to book, and the instructor Rueben on the day was helpful and helped us achieve what we wanted out of the sessions. The simulator is well set up and is an excellent rendition of a 737 aircraft. I would recommend this to anyone who either wants to have some fun and try to fly this aircraft or those who are a bit more serious about the hobby, such as ourselves, who thoroughly enjoyed the day and are already considering re-booking early next year, perhaps this time for the whole day!

The whole experience was excellent.
I phoned to make the booking and found them very helpful and friendly. It was the same when we arrived for the booking. Everything was very professionally presented and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I enjoyed it so much, I went twice. What great fun, seems very real. My instructor was Richard, a retired TUI pilot. What a calm and knowledgeable person. He made my flight experience a great occasion. I tell everyone that I've flown a Boeing 737. I might be back again Simair.

I had an amazing time with Rueben as my co-pilot. Totally loved it. Rueben was calm, patient, encouraging and extremely competent at the controls himself! I really would like to do it again. It was a birthday gift experience for my 70th and I really loved it, being a bit of an aircraft nut myself. I wish Rueben the best with his future career. He's a great instructor.

Had a fab time tonight at Simair Flight Simulator, Scott taught myself and my father in law the ropes and was very patient and knowledgeable.

Overall just a great evening learning about the basic controls and flying a 737 all over the world with a couple of take offs and landings.
