Popped into the shop to explain what I wanted. I was greeted with a friendly welcome. Was quoted what I wanted and left with a business card and was asked to contact them via email if I was happy with the quote. Sent an email with what I wanted, had a reply saying they had received my request and would get back to me. After 2 weeks I had no email from them. Popped to the shop, it was open but the doors were locked. Called back in a few days later, they took my phone number and said they would get back to me. That was 6 weeks ago and still nothing. Very disappointed as I wanted to support a local business. I am now having to go elsewhere as it's obvious they didn't want my business. Shame as I could have had a big contract for them on the back of this.

Went into shop and got measured up for some magnet signs for my van. 2 weeks go by, call and told they was on my order. Another 2 weeks go by and still no progress, I go back into shop and ask again. Still nothing made or designed for me. They give me there WhatsApp number so she can send over pictures of design. I message to ask about my order and I’m just been ignored now.4 weeks of been lied to. Shocking communication, waste of time. Lied to and ignored. Don’t bother

5 stars from us, Liz & Adam are always on the end of the phone to help with any signage needed - No matter how last minute. Had many signs & stickers from them over the last year & been more then satisfied. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, designing is next to none.

Liz and Adam have been so helpful on a few little projects of mine lately. The service they provide has been amazing, always quick to respond to any calls or messages…And they always get the job done to the highest standard, even though I never give them much lead time…sorry! 😆

Approached Liz and her team a few months ago with a view of changing our existing van sign writing.

Wanted to freshen up our current design for something more eye catching and “wow” and left it in their hands......so happy with their work.

They have designed an eye catching up to date van and the fitting was high standard.

Friendly, helpful and communication is great.
