Customer service is non-existent!! No acknowledgement of enquiries. Contacted them twice and was promised a call back within half hour on both occasions. No one bothered to call back.

Very helpful and friendly. I was there for my exam and had few issues in the past. Soon I got there Tony helped me to feel welcomed and at ease. The exam room was warm and comfortable. The venue was easy to find. Will be booking my next one there for sure. Thank you for your support.

Having booked a Microsoft Exam to be sat at Sievemk, I turned up to find the company had relocated! Although only a short distance away from there old centre.

After a short 10min walk, I eventually arrived to be met by the rudest and most arrogant receptionist I have ever met.

Once booked in I was taken to the exam room. During the exam, I was distracted, on more than one occasion, by a phone ringing (I can only assume this was the receptionists phone); which in my opinion is not acceptable for a test centre.

I will not be using Sievemk again and struggle to understand really why they have moved to a sub standard building.

I thought the welcome was nice, facilities were good, room was quiet, view of of window is the best view I have seen in any test centre (after years of going all over the place to take tests and staring at a wall!). TBH this was one of the best experiences in taking a test. I passed which helps but if I failed it wouldn't of been anything to do with the test centre itself. Will use again for sure. Summary: its local, its clean, its quiet, its professional....its not a hotel so I don't care about the fittings and fixtures too much. Hope it remains open for a while to come!

Booked here to sit a Sage Exam this Oct. I’ll start with the positive - this being the floor markings for social distancing being clear, as well as plenty of hand sanitisers. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. The room was very chilly and noisy (Oct winds). This added to the loud talking you could hear in the background. I’m assuming this was staff? But the worst part was the invigilator/owner himself. I found him to be a very obnoxious character and this was before I’d even started the exam! I felt rushed and was spoken to very abruptly. Considering exams by nature are not the most pleasant of experiences I feel he could have been a lot more pleasant! To top it off the exam came to a sudden halt when I found I was not able to upload my work *panic mode* and this ensued with the same man being at the very least unhelpful, and at most, just plain rude tutting and saying unhelpful things. Not OK especially under exam conditions!!! Have a few exams left to go with Accounts AAT but will NOT be returning to this dive.

Arrived early and was allowed to start test a little early. Welcome was good, test room quiet, facilities ok and easy to access. Take caution if coming by car, the car park outside has two tariffs, premium and standard so be careful where you park. The lockers provided were around 20cm cubed, so don't bring anything to large. Also, disposable ear plugs were provided.

I booked in here to take an examination. Was warmly welcomed and guided through the processes well. Liaising with the company online before and after the examination was very good, always with a quick reply and clear information. The location of the centre is very good and easy to find. Highly recommended.

The building is incredibly shabby with no proper heating - so I was very, very cold in the exam. They had a tiny, ineffectual electric radiator to heat the large room as a token gesture.

There was a loud phone ringing intermittently throughout the exam. Each desk is separated by unpainted MDF sheets...every expense was spared in setting up this basic, noisy and chilly environment.

The two receptionists were absolutely appalling at their jobs, they were not at all welcoming, they spoke with very strong accents and in whispers and one of them was particularly rude and irritable. There were no hellos or goodbyes, no pleases or thank yous, just terse, mumbled instructions. It was like they didn't know what a receptionist's job was...or maybe they had just given up all hope and couldn't be bothered. Either way, they should be embarrassed with the service they offer; and whoever put them in customer facing roles should be ashamed of that decision.

There was a sign in the toilet saying "Don't make a mess, we're watching you!" I can only think that this was due to someone being involved in a dirty protest at the appalling conditions here....and honestly, who could blame them.

Abandon hope all ye who enter here! Or to quote the receptionists "Mumur mumur mumble, grumble, snarl grrrrrrr!"
