Amazing place, great staff. Facilities are good for gaming. Only complaint I have is the lack of cleaning and hygiene. The tables, chairs and headphones are always filthy. Crumbs from previous users always left, makes it feel uneasy to play. Staff should clean more often.

From myself 5*. We visited today they’re very kind. Like the place, one girl who worked there gifted a teddy for my baby. Thanks to her. The behaviour we got really fantastic. We got one bag also from sidequest, pen, umbrella, note. Thanks for this service. Will visit soon .

Rude supervisor, didn’t make it clear that you need to have the games the you want to play before buying, which is stupid considering that you don’t need to buy them if you played consoles like ps5 or switch only pc. But he decided to keep it a secret until we bought the hour, when asked for a refund since we didn’t even play anything yet since we have no games, he was very rude about it and claimed that i already agreed even though he didn’t provide any proof that it was there. You feel insulted just by talking to them. Don’t recommend it

I have been in there a couple times for boba and the staff are all very nice and polite, and the milk foam on boba is the best I had in Coventry!

Well, they've increased the price of the public area to 5 pounds from 4 pounds, and I believe the specifications they supply are nowhere near worth paying 5. Milk teas are good, but changing rates was a great letdown for me because it's not worth it at all. If they are charging more now, they should upgrade their PC specifications. HUGE L
