Joining Shift two years ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This club is so much more than just a place to train—it’s a community, a support system, and a lifestyle. The results I’ve achieved here have been incredible. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and become healthier and more confident, all thanks to the expert guidance and encouragement from the amazing coaching team.

I have been a member of SHIFT since last May, and it has been the most consistent I have been with working on my fitness. I found standard gym environments intimidating and this resulted in me just giving up. But SHIFT is the complete opposite. The coaches and members are all so supportive. The small coach led sessions really help give focus, tailored to work for you, and make you feel like you’re way more than just a number. Everyone wants to see you succeed. On a social side, the SHIFT team regularly arrange events for coaches, members and their families to get together. Oh and did anyone mention the outstanding coffee machine 🤣

If you are still on the fence about joining, I highly recommend booking in to come down and meet the team, and see the club for yourself. It will be one of the best (if not the number one) investments that you will make in yourself this year.

I've been trying to lose weight for what feels like my entire life, and for the first time, I’m actually seeing progress. The trainers at Shift are incredibly friendly, and it’s the first time I’ve truly enjoyed going to the gym. The workout plans are designed to motivate you, and my coach has been invaluable in helping me stay on track. Thanks to their support, I’ve lost 3 stone in just 6 months! I also really enjoy the variety of classes available – every session is different, which keeps things exciting and fresh. If you’re looking to make real progress, Shift is the place to be!

I joined Shift in July 2023 and I have to say it’s absolutely the best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s so much more than a gym; it’s a community. The coaches and other members are SO supportive. The classes are well structured to give you a great balance across the week; there’s bespoke help to assist you in reaching any goals you may have. It embraces everyone’s differences and works with that. I love it and would highly recommend it! ❤️

An amazing training / PT facility for all abilities. Structured strength and movement classes takes the thinking out of it. The coaches are awesome; really know their stuff, motivating, supportive and really approachable (some even have good bants 🤣). The members are what really differentiates this Gym, it is a community, everyone supporting each other, and it really makes no difference how experienced or how fit you are! Its a fun place to work out, grab a coffee and make some new friends. The best investment you could make in your health journey. Would highly recommend, they do great trial / intro offers to give you a taste of what Shift is about...

I joined SHIFT when they opened, and have never regretted it.

The sessions are varied with a mix of strength sessions and cardio. The small class sizes mean that individual coaching attention is always there.

The quality of the coaching is technically excellent, with the coaches modifying sessions, if needed, to suit different abilities or any injuries. You don’t get left to struggle as you do in many gyms. The coaches offer a mix of challenge and encouragement.

There is a real cross section of members at SHIFT with different ages and abilities training together. The sense of “community” is strong. Members help, encourage and support each other, with no negative competition.

I am in my 70s and feel stronger and fitter than I have for years. Thanks to SHIFT I passed a “Fit to Dive” medical to go scuba diving after a 12 year gap.

I highly recommend SHIFT. I really enjoy being a member.

SHIFT is a very professional and welcoming gym environment for all abilities and fitness levels. Clean and tidy with good quality equipment. The trainers are super friendly, very knowledgable, encourage progress and are genuinely interested in you.

Fellow members are very friendly and you soon become part of the community.

Friendly, welcoming and the least intimidating environment you will find to hit your health and fitness goals. As a 45 year old woman what is most important to me is feeling part of a community of like minded people, whilst being able to improve my strength and physical fitness. With so much guidance and support every step of the way i know that this WILL happen. I can’t recommend SHIFT enough.
Amazing coaches and an amazing community.
You just feel at ease and welcomed the second you walk through the door. It’s the best ❤️
