When called for a course enquiry, there is no one to pick the phone call and voice mails are not responded immediately due to small business. However, when you send email, they come back and call. I suggest them to hire a telephone answering service.

Attended a test and inspection course (2391-52), the facilities were excellent very clean and the company followed covid 19 protocol really well , plenty of hand sanitiser, face coverings being worn when moving around the building and social distancing inside the training rooms. I was abit nervous at first taking this course but my trainer Keith put me at ease straight away and he presented the course very well and answered any questions that me and the group had very well. I'm happy to say I passed the final exams and am very thankfull to SES training, i would definitely recommend this company .
