Branding and aesthetics are important so when I shared what I wanted with Sentio they delivered.  Within a few days of communicating my needs, I had samples sent to me that I could trial what my labels would look like on the product.  Along the way we encountered a hiccup, however, Joanna Harwood - Marketing Manager did not rest until everything was ironed out keeping me updated with any changes that took place.  I am extremely pleased with the customer care I received and will be returning to Sentio for other forms of printing and publications as my small business grows.
