Having used some so called 'Big' companies for SEO with sort of 'OK' results (for what I thought an awful lot of money), I grew tired of repeatedly getting new account managers to look after us. If there was ever a problem (and there were lots) I got somebody new to talk to when I called and so had to repeat the ongoing saga from the start all over again.

I decided to change to a small company who, over time, would fully understand the nature of my business, the difficulties that needed to be overcome and the goals to be achieved. I needed continuity to build up a sound business relationship.

Seen Digital was recommended by a friend and was shortlisted along with two other companies . A meeting was arranged and I met up with Kes Phelps.

It became apparent very early on that Kes fully understood the SEO industry. He spoke in easy to understand terms and, after a question and answer session, he suggested a plan of action. An affordable budget was discussed and Seen Digital was appointed.

From a business perspective appointing Seen Digital was one of my better decisions. I've seen our rankings and traffic to our website improve month on month, year on year. Bounce rates have fallen and online conversions (orders/ brochure requests/ contact forms) have tripled since Kes has been looking after things.

I'm somewhat uneasy about recommending Kes and his company Seen Digital because when you are on to a good thing you'll understand why it's sometimes best to keep it to yourself. Should you decide to use Seen Digital for your own SEO activities no one can come more highly recommended. He's a genuinely nice chap who's very knowledgeable and professional. On top of that he does a great job at an affordable price.
