Useless app. Simple things such as viewing homework documents in the parent app just dont work properly

Edit: you need to implement document preview in iOS so I don’t have to save every single file to the files or notes app just to look at it

Awful method of communication from school, every message sent is dumped in one inbox with no ability to sort, delete, mark as read/unread, print, download, forward... basically do anything once you've opened it. So you end up with hundreds of messages you have to trawl through as the search only reads the titles. No user support line, general number just says closed in working hours. If you're considering switching your school to this, the parents won't thank you.

As a student, I feel bad for my teachers. They switched from a perfectly functional version of this, to... well, this. I haven't had a single lesson where this hasn't played up.

Messages home 24/7 Messages get sent home for forgetting pens and using the toilet. A joke of a system should be looked at by the government.
