I have been working with Lowaire now for a few months and I have to say I am very happy with how it is going. I have had 2 x new websites which I am very pleased with and they are now looking at my SEO and Adwords. campaigns.
The thing i rate the most though is the fact that Adam or David will get back to me with any concerns I have, they also keep me up to date with everything that is going on. The customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Adam and the team at Lowaire Digital created a new website for AST Lettings Ltd in May 2017 and they all did a fantastic job. The website looks great, it has increased our internet profile and attracted positive comments. The website is easy to amend and add to as and when properties become available to let. If we have any technical problems then these are resolved extremely quickly even over the weekend. I recommend Lowaire Digital highly.

Very bad experience with their SEO services. They did the right things for my SEO campaign but they were just not good enough - the work on my website has not provided one positive outcome - no orders, no enquiries - it is not a difficult website. I asked initially if google was punishing me and asked the correct questions so there should have been no issue in getting it working - they failed.

The SEO consultant I was working with was always available to help and advise but did not deliver any positive work really in making my site a success.

Other communication within the business was dreadful, the owner called me and said he would call me back and never did.

Also they are money mad - because I was late in paying my SEO services (because it was Christmas) they threatened to turn my hosting off (which I had already paid for in pull). It would have been better to call me instead of a threat .

I had to cancel with them after 5 or 6 months because nothing was happening but they are not bothered, they do not give a resolve without spending thousands and thousands more.

I never ever wanted a massive website that provides hundreds of enquires monthly - just one or two would have been good - but I am as far away as I was when I started with them half a year ago.

I didn't want to put such a poor report down - I told them I was going to do this - I gave them the opportunity to resolve but they are just not bothered.

Adam and the team at Lowaire couldn’t do enough for you, I have a A1 service from them always.
