Very thorough with helpful advice and information. All communication with the office very efficient. Fantastic group of fellow candidates also helpful and so pleased I chose Ridgeway. Absolutely amazing experience I completed my PSV Transport Managers CPC with Chris Shelford back in November and took the exam in December. The course was taught amazingly, the whole team was fantastic, brilliant group of students, delivered with humour, fun and laughter, so easy and relaxed way of learning. Would highly recommend the course to anyone interested in furthering their career in transport management and don’t look elsewhere for the training. I passed my Passenger managers CPC first time with Ridgeway. The course was delivered in a really interesting way and the notes/paperwork provided was everything needed to see me through both revision in the classroom and at home.
Chris made sure everyone understood each module and was always willing to answer questions/stay behind at the end to go through anything that was not quite sinking it.
From booking onto the course to receiving results, the communication is spot on and someone will always respond to your emails/phone calls.
