I would highly recommend Resilience Healthcare as a home care provider for a loved one. Resilience healthcare supported my mum who has dementia for several months. The care team was consistent which meant the carers were able to build a good relationship with mum. The team were very responsive to need and often would increase visits at short notice. The team were happy to take mum to appointments and especially to visit the hairdressers which was important to her. No request was too much trouble.

The team were professional and caring and trustworthy. They communicated well with me and kept me informed and up to date. I feel very fortunate that we chose Resilience Healthcare as the home care provider for my mum and appreciate the care that they provided.
