I signed a one-month co-working office space contract with Regus at York Tower Court with the contractual understanding that I would be able to park my vehicle every day without incurring charges.

I have since however received dozens of parking charge notices from Ardpark, totalling in thousands of pounds worth of charges.

I have been trying to dispute these charges with both ArdPark and Regus as my contract states that I should not be liable, but the parking company continues to harrass me and send debt collectors chasing the money.

Both companies claim the other is at fault, meanwhile I am left holding the bag. I am having to get York Council and the local courts involved to resolve this shambles and my family has suffered a great deal of intimidation and harrassment at the hands of this predatory parking company. I expect Regus to resolve this matter for me but it has been 2 months now without resolution.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First they claimed to have not had my request regarding forwarding mail and started charging me for a service I didn’t ask for - then refused to refund the money. Then they carried on charging me after I cancelled my service completely.
During set up, they ‘forgot’ to contact me with details of next steps so I was just left waiting until I eventually managed to get someone to answer the phone, it only took 10 days of trying.
The overall experience has been awful and very confusing. Me and my business will be staying well away from Regus in the future.

I wish I could give 0 Stars like the reviewer before me. Hidden costs. They tell you, you just need to pay the monthly rent. Later you will understand me IF I make a mistake by them in the office. I regret not taking the reviews so seriously. I'm not the only one who has done this to him. read carefully the other reviews.

Be careful with car parking here. They might forget to tell you that you have to enter your registration number into the system and then expect you to be grateful for a £30 charge. Customers should not be getting any such charges.

We have worked from this business centre for the past three years and it ideally suits the needs of our business. There is free accessible parking and lift access. The reception and management team are excellent. They couldn't be more welcoming and understanding to our clients and help us whenever there is a problem. We have found everything we need here.

I should have known a big company like this would try an extract every penny out of you. They are exploitative. Considering they don't offer a regular cleaning service then have the audacity to charge you a "restoration fee" to clean some walls and a phone. Although it's my second time here I will not be returning

I'm a sole trader and was looking for some small office space. The service I received (and continue to receive) has been impeccable. I was presented a number of available options and choices to serve the manner in which I might choose to work, the amount of space necessary and of course budget. The turnaround on choice, selection and occupation was incredibly fast - made so easy by the Manager. I'm very pleased to use Regus of Tower Court.
