I have had the Privilege of having Reflexology & accompanying therapy from Sylvia for a few years now & each ‘session’ just seems to be unique !
She treats you in a very Professional way,
yet makes you feel ‘Special’.
The knowledge she imparts in the various areas of her vast experience Is invaluable
& I have, & still do, benefit so much from it, including the Nutritional advice.
We have a ‘chat’ to begin with which works into a relaxed scenario, ready for the most rewarding part for me, the actual Reflexology.
This is so ‘Heavenly’, if I may use the expression, with all concerns one may have fading away & allowing the ability of the senses to come through & be in the awareness of the present experience.
With soft sounds playing in the background I have been known to drift off on occasions.
Whilst gradually returning to ‘reality‘, the feeling of complete relaxation is so apparent.
This Tranquil mindset seems to last for days but at the same time gives me an inner boost to life in which I find I can deal with things much easier & with a higher Positivity.
