Reflex First Aid Training is unlike any other training course I have attended. Rich, the trainer, is very friendly and approachable and makes the sessions fun, hands on with no powerpoint! The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and I learnt skills that may well save somebody's life one day. A fantastic day and I would 100% recommend the Reflex First Aid Training! And the Location of the training room is beautiful!

The three day advanced first aider training was very good and I feel I have learnt alot from it .Our trainer Rich was fantastic,he made it fun ,and we all got on really well as a group .We did lots of practical aspects,such as putting a patient into the open airway position also known as the recovery position ) ,which was very good as it's always helpful to repeat things like this ,to get you more used to doing it .I would like to wish Rich all the best for his retirement,and to thank him again for the three days training he gave us .
