I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Red Funnel Red Jet, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the journey was smooth, efficient, and highly enjoyable.

1st class service when visiting Southampton hospital with pregnant daughter. They had had some staffing issue and had to cancel a few crossing. But service was good andbon time

We thoroughly enjoyed the service provided, well organised and yes there was a slight wait time but it has to be expected with anything where mother nature is involved.

We had booked the Signature lounge and it was well worth the extra money. We met a lovely lady from Lithunia who delivered impeccable customer service and then on the way back she looked after us again 😀 including her colleague!! Wonderful service from two great ladies, I hope they get recognised for their service skills.

I would highly recommend the Red Funnel service and the Signature Lounge for anyone seeking a trip across the solent to visit the Isle of Wight.

An excellent FastCat service between Southampton and West Cowes on the Isle of Wight, with a journey time of 30 minutes. Fully integrated with the UK train network at Southampton Central, with great value through-tickets from any UK rail station, with a 10 minute connecting Shuttle Bus linking the Station and Town Quay. Carries Foot Passengers and Bicycles. Friendly staff. Excellent terminal facilities and ticket office. Buy tickets on the day, or get great value Advance tickets.. E.g. Cardiff Central to West Cowes advance for around £32!

I use this transport weekly. Generally they keep very good time but toilets out of action more than I'd like onboard the red jets.
