Attended university through QA and couldn’t think of the worst service. Avoid! There were constant delays in communication throughout the course, instructions were not sent in timely manner, constant changes and extra stress before the exams. I was chasing my certification for nearly a year inly to find out that there is outstanding amount because they haven’t submitted my attendance to the student finance. The worst service ever.

The location is very good in the city centre. There is also a double center plaza at the back exit of Birmingham newstreet train station. The classrooms on the ground floor are beautiful and modern. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor. Seating areas are sufficient. Toilets are not bad. There are smart boards in the classrooms. There is internet access. There is a kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and water are regularly offered free of charge in the kitchen. There is a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are lockers in the classrooms. There are paper cups and mugs. But the areas on the upper floors need maintenance. Some of the classrooms have city views. However, the common areas are in a dilapidated condition. There is a small library. You can buy computers and books from the library. You can study in the library and do homework

I’ve had a great experience studying there, there were some brilliant teachers whom I’ll never forget (Martin, Steven, and more) but what didn’t went too well was student finance team, they are awful and totally unsupportive. Also, I would’ve appreciated if I would’ve been informed about their new address so I don’t waste my time going to the old campus.
Overall, we all know that education lately is just a business…

The university and Lecturers were Good but the Student Services and Information Desk were very poor and disgusting they don't know about anything To get in touch (by phone/email) is almost impossible, and even if you manage to get in touch (by phone) they're useless/clueless, And if they don't know how to help you, they simply hang out the call ( after you've lost probably 35-40 mins for the call). They just give an email address every time and say email your query we don't know about it, if you don't know about any query so why you are there? and nobody replies to the emails total waste of time Their helpline is a total mess, it brings up frustration and disappointment.
Unbelievably bad services for students.

The moved to a new campus and their new campus is way too small. It's just a building that they have rented. It's not a proper university and the teachers are even worse. 80% of their teachers are from different countries which makes it harder to understand what they are saying. The washroom is not available on every floor. Student service treats students like they don't have any value. If you want to study and learn then this is not the place. Thank you

Ulster University Birmingham Campus, England,UK is a great experience; the building is enormous and exquisite, making it an ideal place to learn. The Ulster University Birmingham Campus has been an excellent place to study. The career assistance is dependable, and the campus amenities are first-rate. The campus provides an excellent setting for learning and living the college experience. Studying, training, and socialising are all very well done at Ulster University. The university offers challenging classes taught by knowledgeable faculty, even for a sophomore. Apart from the academics, the community is close-knit and offers a wide range of extracurricular activities. Students are well-prepared for future endeavours thanks to the university's emphasis on holistic development. Put succinctly, it's been a life-changing event that motivates students to change things. With its staggering collection of historic buildings, it was like taking a trip down memory lane combined with a hint of magical filmmaking. We were aware that the enchanting building of the university has a cultural influence in addition to its academic reputation. The teaching quality is excellent, and the lecturers are very approachable and kind! The assessments we take push us to be the best versions of ourselves. Learning is greatly facilitated by the building's size and beauty. Without a doubt, I will tell my friends, family, and neighbours about Ulster. This is a great university for students all around the world...

Current student, biggest mistake I made was ignoring the negative comments. You’re not actually a student to any of the unis you signed up for, they’re delivered by QA which is an awful institution. So ie as an ulster student you’ll receive an ulster certificate, but never deal with ulster or fall under ulster rules. Ulster students get a cash bursary close to £1000 which every student is entitled to, as a QA ulster student you are not entitled to this and have to apply for a bursary from QA. QA don’t have a bursary so you are coerced into believing you are entitled to certain things as an ulster student. I was told we would be moving building last September but it’s February and we are still in the same old building.
I’ve been to primary schools more organised than this.
Staff are rude and smug act like they’re doing you a favour when they’re doing their job that they signed up for and get paid to do. Taking advantage of international students who don’t know the adequate standards of service in the UK.
Daylight robbery. Better off paying the extra fees and attending an actual university.
