I did an itil 4 foundation course, in December 23. I just wanted to say what a fantastic training provider. I got 37 out of 40 in my exam. I really recommend this provider and will be using going forward

I have been using Purple Griffon since 2013 after taking a course with another company and didn't receive the best experience. Since 2013 I haven't used anyone else. Excellent courses and very personable trainers and high pass rates. Wouldn't consider anyone else.

I have had the pleasure of working with Purple Griffon for a number of years and can honestly say that the staff are extremely helpful and professional.

Any questions are answered almost immediately and training that I have completed via this company has been to an exceptionally high standard.

I would suggest that before you consider training with other vendors that you at least look at the company website which is very easy to navigate.

I took the SDM workshop 25-26 Nov 2021. Debbie Patten (Head of Sales) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all administrative questions I had, especially participating from a different continent. I was able to receive training materials early, which allowed me to have some familiarity before the course (not all training organizations provide this service). The workshop had a total of six participants, which provided ideal opportunities for participation/interaction, with time to hear student experiences which provided application, context and additional depth to the training. The training materials are very helpful and great reference. I could not find any other training exclusively focused on the IT SDM roles and responsibilities elsewhere, making this course possibly the best IT SDM training in the world! I was very pleased with the training! Thanks to Nikola Gaydarov (instructor) for a great course! As a 30-year veteran as an officer in the IT branch of the Canadian military, I consider this course among the top courses I've had the pleasure to attend/participate.
