This course is by far the best public speaking course I have attended. John's facilitation is spot-on and has obviously been perfected over many years. He immediately put us at ease and gently giuded us into the course, building the knowledge and skills in a really well planned framework. The 2 days took us on a journey of discovery and by the end we had totally changed our perceptions of public speaking (as well as being the centre of attention in general) and we had developed a fundamental confidence to take forward. I almost want to say this course was life changing, but that maybe sounds too deep for some of you. I cannot recommend it enough. We all learnt so much about ourselves, what makes us tick and how to feel confident holding our space when public speaking.

The most valuable and enjoyable training course experience of my life to-date!

The experiential way that we built things up over the two days was amazingly effective. I found the whole experience incredibly powerful and felt so present for so much of the time, which meant I remembered and took on board an enormous amount. Rarely is there a training course I come away from enthralled and taking lots of information and tips away from. Normally I forget it straight away, but John's course I feel will impact me for the rest of my life. John is an incredible facilitator and I had a great 2 days with him and the group improving my public speaking skills.

Even if you're relatively comfortable with public speaking, please get on John's course! I've seen it all in a new light now.

This course was great! Although it was quite daunting at the beginning to stand up in front of a group of strangers, by the end of the course, I felt so comfortable thanks to John. He taught us techniques to build up the confidence and take the time to get to know each individual.
