Where do I start?!
First and foremost Val is one of the most intelligent, knowledgeable people I know.
What she doesn't know about the human body, nutrition, health, hormones isn't worth knowing.
She is an incredibly dedicated person who never stops learning and studying to increase her knowledge for the sake of her clients.
If she doesn't know, she will find out (and then translate it into layman's terms for you!)
She is dedicated to improving the lives of her clients. What I get from Val that I didn't get from other coaches is the mental support.
Anyone can help you lose weight, that bits easy - what isn't easy is the emotional unloading that comes with fixing long term habits. There's no judgement. You're given a safe, healing space to be human. Plus the results are INSANE! I've sculpted an entirely new figure with Val and it hasn't felt at all torturous!
If you truly want to change your body, mindset, habits and create longevity, look no further.
She's also super fun which helps!
I couldn't imagine going through life with Coach Val now, she's stuck with me forever! 🫶🏽

Val is one of the best PT’s I’ve met. I was a full gym addict around 5 years ago, but then had spinal surgery changing my life. She gave me the confidence to come back, not only for her sessions, but to come back and smash it week on week. She’s my emotional support, friend and life coach.

She also helps me look at nutrition and tries (very hard) to keep me on track. She cares about the person she’s training and for me that’s the biggest thing.
