Stayed at this premier inn a couple of weeks ago with my partner as it was close to the airport and everything was amazing, parking was a bit confusing and pricey however it didn’t cause a fuss too much as the service we received was exceptional.
I’d like to point out that Sophie is a great team member and she made us feel very welcomed.
Food was lovely and room was clean.
Great location for travel and much cheaper than other hotels.
All in total I would definitely stay here again and enjoyed my stay.

A good place to stay with comfortable rooms and great pillows. However, the reception and restaurant feel a bit tired and could use some updating. That said, the staff were lovely and made the stay enjoyable. Would stay again!

I just had to write a review, because the customer service my family have received whilst staying here has been absolutely outstanding.||Myself, my partner and our daughter (aged 2) decided to stay here as we have an early flight from Gatwick in the morning. Usually when we fly from Gatwick we stay at the Premier Inn at the North terminal, but this time as we’re flying from the south terminal, we decided to stay here instead as we got a good deal.||From the moment we stepped in to the hotel, we were greeted with some of the best customer service we’ve received in years. It was so outstanding that I have had to leave a review & we haven’t even checked out yet.||The staff on duty at this hotel on Sunday 23 Feb are all amazing people. We checked in and Sofia was in the lobby to greet us, and she immediately interacted and started chatting with our daughter. She got us a reservation at the hotel restaurant for that evening & explained the parking rules etc. she was warm and friendly, and got my daughter some colouring pencils and paper to take to the room & we went upstairs. ||The room is very clean, and modern and has everything you need for an overnight stay. No complaints whatsoever.||After a little freshen up, we went downstairs to the bar as we had a bit of time to kill until our dinner reservation. Robert served us, and was really friendly and attentive, and made a fuss of our daughter which she loved. We chilled in the bar for an hour or so, and then Sofia came past again & chatted to us for a little bit. ||We then went to the restaurant and had a lovely meal. The service was very quick and efficient which we really appreciated with a tired toddler & once again, Sofia greeted us and showed us to our table. Our server Sophie was also brilliant and we enjoyed chatting to her, and she interacted lovely with our daughter. Sophie couldn’t do enough for us, and we were really blown away by the service we had been shown so far.||We then finished our meal and were about to head into the lift when I spoke with Marcin at reception about replenishing our tea in the room. He told me to help myself & take as much as we needed, and no sooner had I turned around and he was back with some sweets for our daughter. He was also so friendly and kind.|| Myself and my partner couldn’t quite believe how kind and lovely the staff are at this hotel. The management team must be so proud, as they have such a great team of staff here. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again it was 10/10 thank you so much!

The restaurant service at London Gatwick Airport Manor Royal was outstanding, all thanks to Monika! While the hotel itself was okay—clean and convenient for a quick stay near the airport—the food was excellent, and Monika made our evening unforgettable.

She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the night. Her warm personality and professionalism truly stood out.

If you're staying here, make sure to visit the restaurant. With great food and Monika’s exceptional service, you won’t be disappointed!

Hotel is close to airport. You can use public transport every 10 minutes no.10 single is £3 or no.100. Not much around hotel. Hotel has restaurant, but did not used. At reception are checking in machines. We had little help from Hotel staff Jozef very friendly and helpful. Room is not big, but comfortable. We arrived late and departed early for our flight, so didn't used any hotel facilities. I think the price for the stay was reasonable.

From checkin to departure the staff at Manor Royal went the extra mile. We book the plus rooms and it’s well worth the very small extra expense. You get extras in the room and high speed wifi. Friendly staff. Good food. Easy to get to Gatwick. You know exactly what you’re getting at. Premier and they don’t fail to deliver

Good Premier Inn. Bus stop to the airport directly outside. Rooms clean, comfortable, very quiet. Staff superb, all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (Monika in the restaurant particularly good!)
Only downside is the expensive parking with a confusing payment system, be sure to memorise what time you arrived!

I had a great one night stay here! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Really close to Gatwick Airport North and South terminals (10 mins bus from outside the hotel). Staff were super friendly. I had a delicious dinner and the restaurant atmosphere was actually quite ok! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here - one of the best Premier Inns I've ever stayed at.
