The course has truly helped me improve my typing skills, helping me gain speed, accuracy, and confidence in my daily work.

The lessons were clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. The step-by-step approach made it simple to build up skills one at a time, and in my own time. I appreciated the self-paced learning, as it allowed me to progress at my own speed without feeling rushed or under pressure.

The support from Pitman Training was great, always quick reply’s. And knowing that I would receive a recognized certification at the end was a great motivator.

The lady at the front desk is very harsh. I went for the LIUK test, and she treated every candidate without any politeness. She needs training on organisational behaviours and how to talk to people. This makes the candidates feel very unconformable.

I went there for my Life in the UK test and I found one of the staffs as very unfriendly. She was getting so irritated when I asked for instructions and her attitude was really bad. I noticed that she was treating even the other applicants very badly, while doing the security checks. I was surprised that she even didn't find it necessary to talk politely to the applicants who came there for such an important exam. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and glad that I don't have to go there again.

Have been sitting my AAT L2 exams. My invigilator has been Rachel and she's very friendly, helpful and informative about things other than the exams themselves. Would come here again for my level 3 and 4.

There was a very harsh employee. His tone was really racist towards us. A thorough search was carried out because my wife wears a headscarf. It was a very sad experience for us.

At Technopole they have friendly staff & a nice place with all the facilities to take exams.I didn't have to wait for exam. There are no distractions, and very peaceful. I would book all my exams at Technopole. Thank you Pitman. Great Service.
