The payroll seminar hosted by Pierce Group was very informative and well structured, with various business partners also on hand to provide additional advice specific to individual business requirements. The venue was well located for access, extensive parking with registration of your vehicle, and excellent self service refreshments available throughout the morning.

I appointed Donnelly Bentley (recently acquired by Pierce) and it’s been nightmarish. They gave me some poor advice on my tax return and correcting it is taking months, I submitted my info on 4 April 2024 and my tax return is still not sorted. Replies are very slow, they don’t seem able to keep up with the workload and attention to detail is lost. Wouldn’t recommend.

We moved to Pierce (Formerly Donnelly Bentley) in Sept 2024. Having outgrown our previous accountants we were looking for a firm of accountants who were pro-active rather than re-active in supporting the needs of the business. Someone who listened to what was said to them and took it onboard. In the 6 months that we have been with them we have had nothing but support and guidance with various aspects of the business. Katie Barker, Dominic Ball and Andy Newton have been what we needed from a team, as well as others behind the scenes, with their diverse knowledge and skills. One person can`t know everything and with the whole team at Pierce they have the resources to help any business.
