I recently had the pleasure of attending a three-week course with PET-XI through the job centre in Rugby, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to support me.

My tutor, Miguel, was absolutely outstanding. In such a short space of time, he taught me so much and made the learning process both enjoyable and incredibly effective. His passion and dedication to helping students succeed are truly commendable.

Another standout was Steve, who worked tirelessly on my designs and menus. He exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to move forward with confidence.

Finally, Becky, my mentor, has provided continued support even after the course ended. Her guidance and encouragement have been invaluable, and I feel fully equipped to pursue my goals thanks to her help.

I can’t recommend PET-XI enough for anyone looking to improve their skills or take that next step in their career. Thank you so much to the entire team for making such a positive impact on my journey!

I had just completed a NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service course, a remarkably comprehensive and well-structured 3-week training course applying to all categories of jobs involving C.S. I did my Customer service level2 online course dated 18november24 recommended by jobcentre Leicester.
Although was sceptical in the first week ,thanks to good mentors Sandra,Coree,Wayne and Sush who kept us motivated to complete the course .With their expertise made it comfortable to get thru the theoretical part and passed also with ease.They also guided us thru websites for civil service job searches and ways to go through selection process. These have been the best 3 weeks past 3years ,boosted my morale also to achieve more successes .Big Thank you team!
