Lovely place to visit. The staff are lovely with the trains and carriages in good tidy condition. Tree top play area is lovely for the little ones to run around and watch the train go by underneath them. Fair selection of food items however not great options for gluten or dairy free. Overall I would recommend a visit with the family for a couple of hours, not really a full day out in my opinion.

Fantastic Day out with the kids! trains, woodland walks, tree house slide and hideaways, parks and even a crawling tunnel adventure. Cafe, indoor play, model railway.......it really is a cool place to rake the kids!

Such a lovely place.
But can't say I enjoyed the journey here from kidderminster alot of narrow roads.
We spent three hours here 🙃
Had an ice cream. Nice big scoop too 👌
Lovely time on the train
Kids had fun on the playground while waiting for the train to come back.

Great adventure for little ones as well as adults. Stuff friendly whole area well looked after nice and clean . Only issue during bank holiday weekend ticket kiosk was closed when its quite obvious there will be a busy day, and everyone have to queue in the coffee shop to get the tickets. A part of that very nice place, great play ground for kids.

Our train keen 2 year old LOVED the train ride. Proper mini steam train, coal fired and steam out of the funnel, and a classic choo choo whistle (have often found mini train rides to be electric or diesel).

Was very cold and ran out of time to see the various outdoors play areas (the warren with the collection of tunnels like a giant mouse/hamster run looked fun!) but explored the indoor play area next to the cafe - slightly tired (and low ceilings in places for grown ups!) but conveniently located next to cafe to entertain kids whilst waiting for food. Food options a little limited (and not brilliant for my Coeliac/gluten intolerant wife) but staff very friendly. Would come again.

Excellent place for families with young children.
Dog friendly too which is a real bonus.

The train ride is perfect for riding with the family, even with buggies etc. and all the staff are very accommodating if small groups too.

The adventure playground bit is accessible with buggies too, so great for parents with children of different ages, able to play and supervise safely.

If you do have buggies you’ll need to use the train to get to the upper picnic area and playground, or lift up the stairs over the railway line.

Well worth a visit, and you’ll have very happy and tired kids when you leave

Paid £10 entry but not really a lot there for the money, there are 2 small play parks and the main attraction - the train itself is only 18 minutes long. It's also a small loop so you don't really see a lot of forest. You can ride as many times as you want but during our 2nd ride we got to the destination and while waiting for the ride back we got told the train derailed and we had to walk back. Fun but not worth the money to be honest.

What an absolutely delightful place! We visited last week with our two children and have a lovely time. The wooden treetop play area provided much fun, with very happy kids and a fun game of hide and seek! The train was noticeably well maintained and a pleasure to take a trip on to the top where there is another very fun play area - the kids had a super time in the tunnels!

Congratulations on a fabulous attraction - we will almost definitely be returning next time we're in the area.

Thank you for a lovely day out.
